with D V L A )-M O T to 29th March 2013-Road Tax to 30th September 2012-2 Remote Keys-Original Owners manuals etc-Locking wheel nut / toolsServiced at the following intervals:15,727 miles 15.4.200519,697 miles 26.8.200526,433 miles 4.6.200633,223 miles 17.3.200740,072 miles 24.11.200745,102 miles 20.12.200850,370 miles 29.10.200956,123 miles 1.2.201159,741 miles 2.2.2012The engine oil & filter has been changed at each service and the fuel filter every other service.Genuine SEAT oil and parts have been used for all services with the only exception being the air filter which is a K & N, and new cam belt, tensioner and water pump were fitted at 50,000 milesMechanical ConditionAs you would expect from a Leon that has a service history that is up to date.This car is a real pleasure to drive with no mechanical faults and no warning lights on the dashboard. The engine starts first time, every time, pulls strongly with no spikes in the power delivery and regularly returns in excess of 50 miles per gallon.There are no knocks from the suspension, pulling to either side, vibration from the steering or brake pedal. Benefits from a stainless steel exhaust from the catalytic converter rearwards.Any inspection welcome.Exterior ConditionThis car looks great in the flesh sitting on 17 inch alloy wheels shod with 225 45 zr17 tyres. The paintwork is in exceptional condition for the year. There are no scuffs or dents on the panels. There are no tiny car park / shopping trolley `dings` on the doors. There are some very minor stone chips on the front end but these are hardly noticeable and consistent with a 62k mile example. All panel alignment is good, and there has never been any accident repairs carried out. The engine bay is extremely clean.The exterior is regularly treated with auto-clay bar to remove any contaminates and then auto-balm wax polish is applied. Interior ConditionThe interior is in excellent condition. There are no lingering smells and the interior, like the rest of the car, has been exceptional well maintained. There are no stains or ingrained dirt on the carpets, overmats having been fitted since I purchased it. And of course, all the electrics are in full working order. child that wont quite fit in the boot! This is not because the boot is too small.. it’s a decent size! Its just a ridiculously oversized buggy and one thing had to go.. unfortunately I lost and we are keeping the buggy, forcing this very reluctant sale! The car runs like a dream, never let us down and although it’s done 129,000 miles (average for a 13 year old car!) you’d never know it! It has got FSH with services at the following mileages; 10,000, 20,108, 30,049, 40,158, 49,888, 68,521, 80,158, 92,216, 102,789, 113,222, 122,000 And an extra one I did myself about 200 miles ago in preparation for sale so buyer has peace of mind of full oil change etc (I have receipts for this). The car had a new cam belt at 90,000 and new clutch… after going through paperwork I can’t find the clutch receipt but am still hunting as I 100% know it had one! The clutch is fine on the car anyhow, but thought it was important buyers knew this! It is MOT’d till August; we had the an advisory on the previous MOT regarding replacing wishbones and in March I changed these myself and have receipts to show I’ve done so plus the old ones are still in my garage if buyer wants to see for peace of mind? So I see absolutely no reason why it wouldn’t fly through next MOT. Some of the receipts I have available show; new rear brake discs fitted in 2010 @ 110,000 miles and replacement cruise control costing £300, in March 2012 it had new rear trailing arms, anti-roll bar link arms and both CV boots. The exterior is in good condition for cars age with the odd stone chip to be expected, four good tyres and alloys, all lights in good working order as are all clocks/dials etc. The car has stunning FULL LEATHER INTERIOR with no rips/spills/tears… am actually surprised just how good it still looks myself! Digital temperature gauge and air conditioning (which I should add is ICE COLD) Radio, cassette and 6 disc CD multi changer, full Xeon lights, cruise control, electric mirrors, electric windows all round and electric front seats plus 3 stage memory to drivers seat to keep your preferred position – all in perfect working order. The only bad points to add about this car (Being as honest and picky as I can) there is a small chip in the windscreen on passenger side, was there when we bought the car and went through MOT with this no probs. You could definitely look at getting Autoglass or similar to rectify this if you wanted but its not something I really notice or am worried of, secondly the rear view mirror has ‘blown’ it’s a common issue on these cars as Seat put in sensors behind the glass to de-mist automatically.. but its no problem to see out of.. again was like this when I bought car and never worried me. Overall a lovely, reliable car that’s been kept well maintained and loved! Plenty of life left in her and will go on for miles yet – remember these Seats are renowned for their reliability and boast having the Audi TT 1.8 Turbo engine that just wont let you down! The car comes with a pile of reciepts, a hpi clear report, full seat service history, all serviced and cambelt up to date, cruise control, climate control, electric folding mirrors, headlight protectors and all the usual cupra extras. I was very fussy when choosing this car, i looked at about 5, this one stood out as the best i could find. | The bodywork is near mint condition, as of age there is a few stone chips and small parking dents. I still make sure its always washed and cleaned even now its not being used. | The interior is mint, never been smoked in, and been well looked after. We do not have a large fancy retail centre nor do we have lots of pushy suited salesman we just have a small storage facility with very low overheads and very cheap caravans and motorhomes. All caravans and motorhomes are described to the best of our ability and as honestly as we can, however people’s perception can differ so please feel free to come and view the item and make up your own mind. Most of our caravans come from local main dealers and usually emptied of all items such as awnings, spare wheel, battery, water containers, etc but if they are included we will list them. Loads of reciepts, every MOT certificate, sales invoices, sales brouchure etc, 2 keys, even including the original CD player and 6 disc changer and rear side window blinds Minor stone chipping to bonnet as expected, only negative is drivers door lock doesnt always lock via the remote, but central locking works perfectly via the key. and has a car now as well so it’s just not used and I can’t really justify running the extra vehicle I spent allot of time and effort getting it how I wanted, it is lowered sensibly on coilovers, you could wind it down lower if you wanted, has cupra alloys in gun metal grey, very good rear tyres and nearly new fronts, the interior and bodywork are average for the age it has lots of dints and scrapes here and there and could do with a good T cut and polish but I’m not into tarting thing up to try and be something it’s not, still looks well and it’s a good little car that’s great on fuel, cheap to run and handles well, it’s had a full cam belt kit when I got it at 127k in 2010, recent full service and MOT till Feb. 3rd 2013 and just taxed till the end of October, I have always serviced it and I have some service history and receipts with it, had new brake discs and pads last year.
