Front calipers started to fade so I rubbed down and repainted in red, also did the rears (see pics) MOT till 31/10/12 Tax till the end of March 2012. I`m going to give her an oil and filter change before she`s sold as that`s what she`s due at the moment. I have most of the history for her, the book is pretty much spot on service wise, she had the all important cambelt and water pump change last November along with a full service including, oil, air (thats when the pipercross panel filter went in?, pollen filter and spark plugs. MK4 Golf aero wiper conversion. I`m the 3rd owner, the last owner was a business user, and the original owner was Marshall leasing. Mileage is slightly high at just under 120k (this will increase as she`s in daily use) but she`s never missed a beat. Alternator, coolant temperature sensor and thermostat recently replaced. only 2 previous owners and has been well looked after. The car has been maintained regardless of cost and has full service history and loads of receipts inc loads from main dealer. It has had a main dealer cambelt replacment and recently has new brakes all round and new tyres along with a very recent service. This model is the 130 bhp FR TDI which is already quite fast standard but it has had a P-Torque Stage 1 Remap along with a Pipercross panel filter and Dyno run. This has all been done professionally through the Ibiza owners clubs recommended tuners. The car is now running a massive 174 bhp with a shocking 277 ft lb Torque and being a diesel the power comes in early. I do have the dyno printout and remap receipt to prove figures. Other than this the car is standard and comes with loads of extras from new. This is also the 6 speed version and so can be used easily for motorway driving with loads of power or round town jst as easy. Despite the remap they have worked wonders and the MPG does not seemed to have changed as im averaging 50 MPG so its cheap to run, and the Tax is cheap too. The interior is in excellent conditon with no tears and signs of wear, the exterior is also in good condition with only a few minor scrapes and stone chips as you would expect of a car this age. The car has around 124,500 miles which is mostly motorway as a rep car, the car still drives and feels like new and have been well maintained. Also the VW / Seat diesel engine are very strong and easily double this mileage. The only reason for sale is due to a new company car so sadly it will no longer be used. and quick and I get about 32 mpg generally. I have all the receipts for the money I`ve spent on it and I`ve regularly changed the oil, always using fully synthetic oil. There are a few stone chips and a very small trolley ding on the body work. There is no rust that I am aware of.
